Hello,
Is this a new installation of Filmotech or an update ?
Try this :
- Check if windows is up to date
- Update Filmotech if needed
- If you're using the 32-bit, try the 64-bit version (ou the opposite if you use 64-bit)
- Perhaps your Filmotech prefs setting are corrupted. Backup all the pref folder ( https://www.filmotech.info/path-to-preferences/ ), remove or rename it to create a new one. If that solve the problem, just restore your previous database (yeh .data fil which is in the pref folder) to the new preferences (From Filmotech settings : Preferences / Database, click "Restore" and select the previous .data file)
