I've been using Filmotech since Marh 2026 and I have been very pleased with the results. I have over 600 DVD/Blu-Ray discs.
I added 10 new discs two days ago and backed up the library. Having completed the additions I exported the library to my iPhone and iPad with complete success, both showing 628 titles.
I have come to add additional discs and on opening Filmotech the screen showed I only had 267 titles, I tried to restore the last backup from two days ago and it just showed the same number of titles (267), in fact every backup going back to March 2026 was the same 267 titles.
I have checked all the settings and cannot see a problem other than in the Media section of any of the 267 titles it only shows DVD. When I check the Profiles in Settings it shows the four profiles i have created namely DVD, Blu-Ray, Combined DVD & Blu-Ray and DVD Audio. The breakdown two days ago was as follows:-
DVD 502
Blu-Ray 103
Combined DVD & Blu-Ray 12
DVD Audio 1
Total 628
I am compoletely at a loss as to what has gone wrong, any assistance would be gratefully apreciated.
