Thanks. I was able to test only today. Now it's bringing the results, but when I choose the desired title, it shows a "Script runtime error in line : URL não usa um protocolo reconhecido" (unknown protocol). I've already reinstalled filmotech, but the error is still on.
I'm using Filmotech 3.11.2 on Windows 10 - 64 bits.
Actually, it worked for some TV series on IMDB (TV series) [EN], but all three March to Victory (Road to Rome, to Tokyo and to Berlin) shows the message Script runtime error in line : URL não usa um protocolo reconhecido" (unknown protocol), and won't load the related fields (Internet Value).
Regarding the three films you mention, there is a problem with the posters (actually, there are no posters).
I have corrected this.
I am sending the correction to Pascal.
@carlbernard Having the same issues recently with a couple of boxed set TV series entries, namely Nurse Jackie and Suits, both of which are available on IMBb under [ tt1190689 ] + [ tt1632701], when script searching to add entries to my DB, both return a zero result. Everything was working perfectly last time I used it to add some TV Series boxed sets, but that was many months ago so no idea when things went down. I have tired searching using the other scripts available but zero results returned as kind of expected.
Do we have any update on a script recode or fix or is this (IMDbTV series) script now potentially dead in the water. I have checked / searched using script with a number of titles that are already in my database and they return a zero result also. Such a shame as this Filmotech program is a great program, not unusable because of this script failure but it now takes a good bit longer to manually collate all the info from sources to create a new entry. I take it Pascal is the coder for the IMDb TV script, has there been any news? My script is version 2.3.7 [2023-12-13] and I expect this to be the latest version available?
@gwampz,
Hi,
t's not surprising that you're having a problem.
The current version of the script is 2.5.3 (12/01/2025).
Have you checked: “Check for script updates on launch” in Preferences - General?
(You usually have to open Filmotech twice in a row.)
With 2.5.3 version, Nurse Jackie and Suits are found.
(PS: Actually, Pascal doesn't really have time, so for now I'm writing the IMDB scripts).
Congratulations on how you handled the scripts! Indeed, this could be useful to others with similar problems.
In principle, Filmotech should have suggested removing Gamecash, as it was removed by Pascal. (I added Gamecash to my scripts; ‘check scripts’ does indeed suggest removing this script).
But fortunately, you now have all the scripts with the correct versions. (Even if some of them don't really work anymore...)
I'll send an email to Pascal; I hope he'll have time to take a look at the problem you've raised.
