is there an english version of FILMOTECH for android yet?

Noticed an old message from April 2019 mentioning that an English version of Filmotech for android did not exist yet.  Is one available now?

Sorry, the unofficial Android version doesn't seem to be translated.

I would need to activate GOOGLE TRANSLATE or something to be able to read the French forum, and post to it.  Likely pretty difficult to do if I have never done that.
