Is there a way of ignoring some words, mass editing some words, either during importing or after importing?

 

For example, I have this: 2040 2019 Documentary -- when I search TMDB, the entire NAME is 2040 2019 Documentary, and I have to delete everyting after 2040, and then add the year below '2040' - this is very time-consuming.
